Our story

In 2022, we founded Jylvaris in Toronto with a conviction: most organizational problems aren't strategy problems or structure problems. They're psychology problems. A CFO and HR director don't disagree about budget allocation because the numbers are unclear—they disagree because of fear, misalignment, or unspoken assumptions. A high-performing team falls apart after a merge because nobody addressed the emotional and relational side of the transition.

We built this firm to bridge that gap. We combine rigorous diagnostic work, grounded in organizational psychology, with practical, executable strategies. We don't come in with a fixed playbook. We listen, we observe, we ask hard questions, and we build solutions that fit your reality—not some consultant's template.
